SHRIMP CREOLE OR PORK 
1 lb. shrimp, shelled
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. Basic Red Sauce
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. salad oil

Basic Red Sauce:

1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar (add)
2 1/2 tsp. salt
4 drops of Tabasco sauce

Cook onions in hot oil until soft and golden. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Can freeze.
