1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oats
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans

"PRISCILLA ICING":

5 tbsp. butter
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 c. coconut

CAKE: Pour water over brown sugar, butter and oats. Let stand 20 minutes. Add all other ingredients together in mixing bowl in order given. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING: Mix ingredients together, spread on top of cake after done. Put under broiler until coconut is brown.
