1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Chopped tomato

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Brown beef and onions with salt and pepper. Place meat mixture in pie plate. Beat together milk, eggs, Bisquick. Pour over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and tomato. Bake 5 more minutes.
