CHEESEBURGER ONION PIE 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. onions, sliced and quartered to make 3 c.
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. ketchup
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans crescent rolls
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten

Glaze:

1 egg yolk, beaten
1 tbsp. water

In oil, brown hamburger and onion. Cook 10 minutes; remove from heat and drain. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. On floured surface, unroll crescents. Use 1 can for bottom crust and 1 for top. Place bottom crust in 9-inch pie pan. Spoon meat mixture into dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour eggs over; cover with top crust. Be sure to pinch all seams. Brush glaze over top.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
