PASTA SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. skim milk
1 1/2 c. cubed ham
1 c. shell macaroni, cooked and drained
1 c. chopped tomato
1 c. green pepper chunks
1/4 c. minced onion
Lettuce for garnish

Combine mayonnaise, cheese, and skim milk; mix well. Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix lightly. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve in lettuce covered platter. 4 servings. Tuna can be substituted for the ham for a different taste.
