10 lg. potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
16 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chives
Dash garlic
1 cube butter

Boil and mash potatoes. Add 1 cube of butter when mashing (do not use milk). Mix in above ingredients to mashed potatoes. Put in casserole dish. Chives if you wish? If used right away put a pat of butter on top and put in 300 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Can be frozen. Take about 1 hour to heat after defrosting.
