VEGGIE SALAD 
2 c. cauliflower florets, raw
2 c. broccoli florets, raw
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. chopped or sliced red onions
1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing

Combine vegetables in a non-metal bowl and toss with salad dressing. Cover and marinate overnight. Vegetable quantities can be adjusted to suit your families taste.
