“BEEF STROGANOFF” IS IN:

BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. canola oil
6 oz beef strips
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
2 tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
12 oz wide noodles

In a large skillet, heat oil, add onion. Cook until softened. Set aside onions. Coat beef strips with flour, salt and pepper. Heat remaining oil in skillet over med-high heat. Cook beef strips in oil for about 4 minutes. Set aside strips. Drain fat from pan.

Add to skillet the onion and mushrooms; cook for 2 minutes. Add sour cream and beef strips. Cook wide noodles as directed on package; drain. Toss beef strips and veggies with noodles.
