CHOPSTICK TUNA OR CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
1/4 c. water
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. tuna OR chicken
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. salted, toasted cashews
1 can cream of mushroom OR cream of chicken soup
1 (13 oz.) can chow mein noodles (2 c.)
Pepper

Combine soup and water. Add 1 cup chow mein noodles, tuna or chicken, celery, cashews, onions, pepper and toss lightly. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 5.
