ORIENTAL COLE SLAW 
1/2 c. chopped almonds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
6 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 lb. pkg cole slaw mix
2 shredded carrots
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (minus seasoning pkg.)
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. sliced green onions

Toast almonds and sesame seeds in 300°F oven for 10 minutes. Break up Ramen noodles. Add everything together. Let stand 2 hours or overnight.
