RITA'S CORN CHOWDER 
2 inch cube salt pork (cut in small cubes)
1 sm. onion
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. diced potatoes
1 can creamed corn
1 pt. light cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook salt pork in skillet until brown. Drain off fat. Cook onion and potatoes in water until tender. Add corn and cream. Do not boil.
