2 c. mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Durkee French Onion Rings

Mix ingredients together until well blended. Put in greased casserole dish and top with onion rings. Bake on 300 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
