FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. can fruit salad
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Dash salt
2/3 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Drain cocktail and put aside. Combine lemon juice and unflavored gelatin and dissolve over hot water. Blend cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in gelatin and lemon mixture. Whip cream; add sugar. Mix everything, fold cream in. Freeze firm.
