COLD CUCUMBER SOUP 
1 can condensed split pea soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
2 lg. or 3 sm. cucumbers
1 clove garlic

Peel and seed cucumber. Place garlic and cucumbers in food processor or blender. Blend until the garlic is thoroughly processed. Add other ingredients, process until all ingredients are well blended. Chill. Top with thinly sliced cucumbers or chopped dill or chopped chives.
