STRAWBERRY CAKE 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
1/2 box frozen strawberries with juice (still frozen)
4 egg whites
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients together and beat well. Pour into a well oiled and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven about 35 minutes. Layer pans may be used if desired. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1/2 box frozen strawberries
1 cube of butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Blend until all ingredients are mixed well. NOTE: This cake and frosting freezes well.
