FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fruit cocktail, undrained
Whipped topping

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Beat eggs well with vanilla and fruit cocktail. Fold the fruit mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. When cool, top with whipped cream.
