COUNTRY COUSINS CHOCOLATE CHEESE
CAKE
 
1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist (chocolate)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. container whipped topping

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour all but 1 cup of cake mix into large mixing bowl. Set aside remaining cup of mix.

In mixing bowl add 1 egg and oil (mixture will be crumbly). Press into greased pan. In same bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar. Add 3 eggs and remaining cup of cake mix.

Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add vanilla and milk, mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes. When very cool spread with whipped topping. Garnish with finely chopped nuts. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
