STRING BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can French string beans, drained
1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can celery soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt to taste
1 stick Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix in 2-quart casserole dish: 1 stick of Ritz crackers, crushed and add 1 stick butter to cracker mix. Spread on top. Slivered almonds can be put on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Test in 30 minutes.
