CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. chicken, cooked and taken off bone 12 tortillas, broken into pieces 1 onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can Pet milk 1 (16 oz.) can salsa sauce 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Combine chicken, soups, onion, milk, and salsa sauce. Put half in bottom of baking dish. Next, add a layer of broken tortillas and then a layer of cheese. Add remaining chicken mixture, then layer remaining tortillas and cheese. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
