BEST POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes, cooked and cut in sm. cubes
1 lg. stalk celery, chopped
1 jar pimiento, drained and chopped
1/4 c. sweet relish
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 hard cooked eggs
2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt to taste

Put all ingredients into bowl and then toss to mix well. Serve hot or cold.
