PICKLED MACARONI 
1 lb. macaroni twists
1 cucumber, peeled & sliced
1 med. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 or 2 jars pimientos
1/2 c. oil
2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. fresh parsley
2 tsp. garlic salt

Cook macaroni according to instructions (do not over cook). Cool. Add vegetables to this. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour overt macaroni and vegetable mixture. Make at least 24 hours ahead of time.
