EASY CARAMEL ROLLS 
2 loaves frozen bread
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (NOT instant)
1 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Thaw frozen bread in refrigerator overnight, but do not let it rise. Break one loaf up and put chunks in the bottom of greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Melt butter, add brown sugar, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon. Mix together and pour over broken bread. Break second loaf on top and let raise 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
