3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 can pumpkin
1 can milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. vanilla

Mix together; pour in Pam sprayed pie pan. Bake 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.

I cut back just a little bit on the amount of Bisquick. If you like you can use the spice called for on pumpkin can.
