PUMPKIN CREAM PIE 
2 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. Jello vanilla pudding
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice mix
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (9") pie shell, baked
Cool Whip for garnish
Pecans for garnish

Combine milk, pudding mix, pumpkin, spices and Cool Whip in bowl. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes on low speed. Pour into pie shell. Chill for 2 to 3 hours. Garnish with additional Cool Whip and pecans.
