GREEN PEPPER CASSEROLE | |
4-5 green peppers, chopped 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 3/4 c. grated cheese 1/2 c. cracker crumbs Cook green pepper in small amount of water until tender. Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour. Add milk gradually. Cook and stir until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in peppers. Pour into baking dish, cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown. 5-6 servings. |
