CORN PUDDING 
3 c. fresh corn (cream style)
3 eggs beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour (heaping)

Add corn to eggs. Then add all other ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes. When knife inserted into center comes out clean it is done. It is okay to sprinkle with nutmeg before baking. Use 2 quart casserole dish. Note: May use frozen corn.
