ROSEMARY CHICKEN 
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 chicken breast halves, skinless
2 whole red peppers, sliced
2 onions, peeled, halved
1 can zucchini (Del Monte)
Lots of rosemary (dried)
Seasoning salt

Heat olive oil and brown chicken, put aside. In oil brown red pepper and onion.

Pat zucchini in roasting pan. Place chicken on top and then onions and red pepper. Then seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
