SQUASH MEDLEY 
2 med. zucchinis, sliced
6 sm. yellow squash, sliced
3 tbsp. light olive oil
2 can Italian style tomatoes, 1 can drained
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 lg. onion, sliced

Saute squash in oil for approximately 15 minutes on medium high heat. Add rest of ingredients and cook on medium high heat until fork tender. (As a variation, this can be layered alternately with Parmesan cheese and ending with Parmesan cheese covering the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
