FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruit
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. water

Freeze the cookie dough for an hour. Slice into 1/8 inch slices. Foil-line a 14 inch pizza pan. Line this pizza pan with the slices of cookie, overlapping edges slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Invert onto serving plate. Carefully remove foil. turn right side up. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer. Combine marmalade and 2 tablespoons of water. Spread over top.
