1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 sm. can undrained mandarin oranges

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix ingredients in a bowl, beat until well mixed. Pour into 13"x9" greased pan. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Ovens vary, may take longer, maybe not.
