POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag hash browns
1 stick butter
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sour cream
dash of white pepper

Topping:

3 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Cover with cornflakes and butter mixture for topping.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
