GRANDMA'S IRISH BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Raisins and caraway seeds to taste

Mix dry ingredients together. Add raisins and caraway seeds. Beat eggs slightly with milk. Mix dry ingredients with egg mixture. Bake in round pan or loaf pan for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
