FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 lg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip, thawed if frozen
2 boxes instant lemon pudding (I've used different flavors but we like lemon
best)

Mix together 2 cups flour, 1 1/2 sticks butter, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Put into 9x13 inch dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In mixer, combine 1 large cream cheese, 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Beat, fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix 2 boxes instant pudding with 3 cups milk. Beat 4-5 minutes. Spread over second layer. Cover fourth layer with remainder of Cool Whip. Chill.
