CINNAMON SUGAR CRISPS 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Stir together flour, cinnamon and salt. Beat butter. Add sugar and brown sugar; beat until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Add flour mixture and beat well. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Shape into 12 inch roll. Roll in nuts to coat. Wrap and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Makes 48.
