PUMPKIN CUSTARD 
1 lb. can pumpkin
3 eggs
2/3 c. white sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dry milk or 1/2 c. milk

You can bake as custard or can pour into pie crust and bake.
