FRESH FRY POTATO CHIPS 
Try this with your favorite dip warm chips with a chilled dip will be a joy to eat.

potatoes
oil for frying
salt (or your favorite seasoning)

Slice potatoes thin as possible. Heat oil in a pan or fryer to 375-400°F. Cook potatoes until golden brown overall "Looking like a bag of store brought chips", stirring occasionally while cooking. Remove and drain "Do not dry on paper towel" to a mixing bowl, season with salt or a seasoning of your choice and toss.

All potatoes are good to use: Yukon gold, Idaho russet, Red or White. During harvest time buy from your local farmers stand if possible fresh home grow potatoes does enhances the favor especially if you eat homemade potato chips without salt or seasonings do to health issues.

Oils that can be used are Grapeseed, Canola, Peanut, Vegetable, and Sunflower. I prefer a blended oil, or any other oil for frying.
