SPINACH SALAD | |
6-8 lg. mushrooms, sliced 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled 4 eggs, hard boiled and diced 2 bags spinach 1 c. water chestnuts 1 bag bean sprouts 1 med. onion, diced DRESSING: 1 c. salad oil 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar 2 tsp. Worcestershire 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. catsup 1 tsp. salt and pepper Mix dressing and refrigerate. Mix salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad just before serving and toss. |
