Baked pie shell
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1/4 c. cheese cake mix
1 3/4 c. cold milk
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Mix pudding, cheese cake mix, and milk well. Add Cool Whip and coconut. Put in pie shell and top with more coconut and Cool Whip.
