1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. onion (1 sm.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

SPECIAL SAUCE:

1/4 c. ketchup
3 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Divide mixture in half. Put in loaf pans. Mix Special Sauce. Pour over top of loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
