TOMATO QUICHE 
Pastry for a 9 inch pie shell
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
10 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Press pastry into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake in a 450 degree oven about 6 minutes or use frozen prepared crust. Saute onions in butter until tender. Arrange bacon, onions and shredded cheese in bottom of pastry shell. In a mixing bowl, beat together the remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Bake in preheated, 325 degree oven for about 50 minutes, or until set in center. Serve hot, warm or at room temperature.
