DELUXE POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 c. diced onions simmered in 1 stick butter until soft
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 carton sour cream
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix together in greased 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 baking dish. Top with crushed corn flakes if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
