CRANBERRY DESSERT 
2 c. fresh whole cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar

Grease dish. Spread cranberries over bottom and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup nuts. Beat eggs and add a cup of sugar gradually; blend well. Add flour and oil; mix well. Pour over cranberries and bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Serve warm or cold with whipped topping.
