PIZZA DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) taco sauce (hot or mild)
1 bell pepper
1 red onion
Fresh mushrooms
Black olives
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Spread cream cheese in bottom of pan. Pour taco sauce over cream cheese. Dice remaining ingredients and layer over taco sauce. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Dip with crackers.
