PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE 
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 c. whipping cream or Lucky Whip
1 egg
1/4 c. soft butter
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Make graham cracker crust; chill.

In small bowl beat butter, sugar, and egg until light and fluffy. Spread over crust; chill. Beat cream; fold in pineapple. Chill well 2 hours.
