QUICHE LORRAINE 
1/2 lb. boiled ham
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
5 eggs
1 c. Coffee Rich, coffee creamer
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pie crust

Cut boiled ham and Swiss cheese into small squares. Add all ingredients into one bowl and mix well. Pour into ready made pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
