SWEET POTATO BREAD 
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix in order given and pour into 4 greased and floured 1 pound coffee cans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. May be baked in loaf pans. Good if wrapped and let stand a day or two. Freezes well.
