SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion
1 bottle chili sauce
1 (18 oz.) jar grape jelly

Blend grape jelly and chili sauce together in casserole dish and set aside. Mix ground meat, egg, onion, salt and pepper and form into small balls. Brown in skillet with very little fat. Drain fat and drop browned meatballs in casserole with the sauce.

Bake in a 300°F oven for about 45 minutes.
