OVERNIGHT EGG BRUNCH | |
8 c. dried bread, cubed (8 slices) 1 lb. ham, cubed (1 1/2 c.) 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 7 lg. eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 scant tsp. salt 4 tbsp. melted butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Add bread, ham, and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pour over bread mixture. Pour melted butter over top and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Makes 8-10 servings. VARIATION: Add one can drained sliced mushrooms and 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato to bread mixture. |
