ANTIPASTO SALAD 
DRESSING:

2/3 c. white vinegar
2/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

SALAD:

1 sliced cucumber
1 chopped green pepper
1 can pitted olives
Lettuce bits
Provolone cheese strips
Pepperoni slices
Grated Parmesan cheese
Grated Romano cheese

Boil all dressing ingredients together. Cool. Marinate cucumber, green pepper and pitted black olives overnight. Before serving add lettuce, pepperoni and cheeses.
