MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 slices bread
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp onion
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar

Mix first 6 ingredients. Put into microwavable loaf pan or casserole dish. Mix tomato sauce and brown sugar to make topping. Set aside. Cook meatloaf in microwave on high for 20 minutes. Pour off liquid and add topping. Cook 5 to 10 minutes longer or until done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
